    Statement of the Swiss Psychology Society concerning the Parliamentary Initiative 21.497 “Nationwide Prohibition and Criminalization of Conversion Therapy”.

    SPS welcomes the parliamentary initiative to create a legal foundation for a nationwide prohibition of conversion measures, also known as “conversion therapy”, or any other measures with the aim of changing (“reversion”) or suppressing a person´s sexual orientation, sexual identity, or sexual expression.

    The 21st World Congress of Psychophysiology - which will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, June 26-30, 2023 - has extended the abstract submission deadline.
    Abstracts for symposia, single paper talks, and posters can be submitted until the 10th January 2023 via the congress website
